Please note; we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your items as soon as possible and we will issue you a store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size. If the item is out of stock, we will discuss another item, this item must be from the same collection. When returning to us, please indicate the reason on the return form. Once we receive the return, we will ensure.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Items must be in their original sale condition with all packaging and tags in tact, including any Sabel hygiene liners attached.
  • Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
  • If these practices are not followed then this voids exchange and the goods will be returned back to you.

Please note; if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to you.

 

RETURNS FROM AUSTRALIA

2. Complete the form and send it to us along with your return.

If you do not have access to a printer, you may also simply include a handwritten note with the details of your order. We need to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with processing your return.

Please note: Sabel Collective are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If using the original Sabel Collective packaging (post bag) to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse. Please make sure to send the parcel back to the address in the returns form. Customers are urged to purchase tracking of their return. Processing Returns

We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our Sydney warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays can cause some delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely manner, please contact returns@sabelcollective.com

Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be used at SabelCollective.com
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months after the date of issue.
  • Store credit is provided in the currency in which you paid.
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
  • You can view your store credit balance by logging into your Sabel Collective account.

Faulty Items

The Sabel Collective team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact our returns team returns@sabelcollective.com as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.

Please note: We suggest you use your country's national postal service as it will usually offer the most cost-effective option for returning your products.
